10 Exercises That Target the Triceps. Goodbye to arm fat 1

The triceps are the largest muscles in your arms and as such, they define most of your upper body. If you do the exercises suggested in this article, you will burn up all the excess fat in your arms and also tighten up your waistline.

Do these exercises 3 days a week and do 3 sets each for every exercise. Do not be in a rush to complete the exercises and take your time. Do them properly and you will notice the improvement in your arms in no time.

#1. Triceps lift

Hold a dumbbell in your right hand and stand in a split stance with your left foot placed in front of you. Then bend your left knee and lower part of your torso until it is parallel to the floor. While doing this, hold your back straight and shoulders held forward.

Then raise your right arm to the level of your shoulder, keeping the dumbbell pointed upwards. Then, keeping your arm as straight as you can, pump it up and down about 1 inch. Do 25 reps of this and then do the same with the weight in your left hand.
