16 Weak No Gym, Home Workout Plan

After a whole week of full exercise and workouts feel relax because we are giving you relief of a weekend. But it should not mean that you are free from all your responsibilities. Do not stay in bed the whole day like a lazy cow. Get up. Do some productive stuff. If you are interested in cooking/baking, surprise your spouse by cooking something really delicious 😉

Make preparations for the next whole week. Do not miss your morning walks. Clean your body. Have a steam shower and make a diet plan for the next week.
