You will need romaine lettuce, mandarin oranges, shredded chicken, hard boiled eggs sliced, grated carrots, and sliced green onions to whisk up this bad boy. Mix the above mentioned ingredients together in a bowl and add light vinaigrette mixed with sesame seeds and soy sauce to taste. The salad can be served with added garlic and ginger depending on personal preferences.
This is the simplest of all salads that can ever be made since all it requires is that you gather the following and mix them in a bowl. Here are the ingredients:
- Romaine Lettuce
- Small red onion, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes
- English Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- Kalamata olives, sliced
- Crumbled goat cheese
It may be served with salt and pepper to taste.
Quinoa Fruit Salad
The fruit salad requires you to make a vinaigrette by whisking together some vinegar, apple cider, olive oil and lemon juice. Next add cooked quinoa, diced mangoes, strawberries, blueberries and pine nuts to the vinaigrette and stir. Serve this with mint leaves.
