Buy a new brush every 3 months. After the bristles are worn down, your toothbrush isn’t cleaning your teeth properly, and you’ll just be wasting your time brushing so often without getting the color of teeth you want.

Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide
The chemical reaction of baking soda with the citrus of lemon juice act as the best teeth whitener. Even these individuals can do the work, but its more effective to use them together. But remember not to use this more than once a week, as it can wear away the tooth enamel.
Use of a Straw
Drinks like tea, soda, and wine are very bad for the enamel of your teeth. It is best to use a straw as often as possible.
Eat more fruits and vegetables
They are not only good for your health, but they help your teeth as well. Specially carrots and apples. Carrots clean your teeth and mouth. They scrape off plaque and food particles. And due to apples mildly acidic nature, they act as a mild astringent to your teeth.
Avoid energy drinks
Try to drink energy drinks the least. These drinks have chemical that are bad for your teeth as they cause serious damage to the enamel. They aren’t even good for your health.
