Bootylicious Stimulus Package: Obama Approved!

Baby got back and the most recently Obama-approved stimulus package.  

It’s a well known fact that Brazilians are rocking in the back end department.  If you need the facts President Obama has the proof!  Photos, video and the works are now flooding the World Wide Web of President Obama ogling Brazilian 16-year old girl Mayara Tavares “ass”ets.

Alright so it could possibly be a bad camera angle, but nonetheless amusing.  Little Miss Tavares does have an impressive gluteus maximus and a stimulus package we all aim to have.

Here’s are some tips on how to get an Obama approved butt, or as I like to call it, a stimulus package of your own!

Kneeling Leg Lift:  Kneel with your hands on the floor directly beneath shoulders and knees beneath hips.  With knee bent, contract right glutes and lift right leg until thigh is parallel to floor. Keep abs tight. Press heel toward ceiling and squeeze glutes at the top of the lift. Hold for 3 seconds, then lower almost to floor, and repeat. Complete one set and then switch legs.  Use ankle weights or place a dumbbell behind the knee of the leg you’re lifting if you want a challenge.  Don’t raise your knee higher than your butt.  

On-the-go butt shaper:  Take the stairs two at a time to work your glutes throughout the day.

Squat:  Stand with feet hip-width apart. Hold an 8- to 12-pound dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height.  With abs tight and back straight, bend knees and hips and sit back. Lower until thighs are nearly parallel to floor. Rise to standing and repeat.  Don’t raise your heels off floor or let knees bend past toes.
