Method:

  • Warm up a skillet over medium-high warmth.
  • Fry the beef cubes in the skillet for around 2 minutes for both sides combined.
  • Exchange the meat to a moderate cooker.
  • Include all the rest of the fixings, with the exception of the spinach and the mushrooms, to the moderate cooker.
  • Give everything a decent mix, set the moderate cooker to low and cook for 6 hours.
  • Include the mushrooms 30 minutes before the stew is finished.
  • Include the spinach just before serving.
