Egg in a hole
Making an egg in a hole for breakfast or dinner is very simple, you just need to follow the steps as they are explained below:
– 1 Egg
– Sliced bread
– 1 Table spoon butter
– Kosher salt
– Freshly ground black pepper
– 2 Slices bacon
– 2 Slices cheddar
-1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
After preparing the necessary utensils, start with frying the bacon. Be sure to do the frying with medium heat until it becomes crispy. When this is done, drain the bacon, wipe and clean the skillet.
At this stage, you need to create a hole in the center of the sliced bread you want to use. You can do this by using a biscuit or cookie cutter or just a a glass cup.
Crack the egg and gently pour it into the hole that was created in the center of the sliced bread. Now, allow the egg to cook for about 30-50 seconds till it sets in the bread. Then sprinkle salt and pepper and flip it over to do the same.
Move the egg round the skillet to absorb the butter around, while doing this you must pay great attention to the color of the bread and egg so that they don’t get burnt.

Sweet Potato Toast
– 4 thick slices white bread.
– 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil.
– 1 clove garlic, chopped.
– 2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil.
– 3 medium Potatoes sliced.
– Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
A potato toast becomes very easy to make when you follow these steps:
Per-heat the oven and the put the bread on a baking sheet into the oven. Toast the bread, after about 8 minutes it should become golden brown.
The second step is to pour the olive oil over the toasted bread, you would also want to add some vinegar with the Kosher salt, basil and the fresh ground pepper while doing this.
At this stage you add the potatoes to the skillet and toss carefully. Allow them to be heated a bit and then get read to enjoy your sweet tomato toast.
