Get Flirty With It: Pole Dancing Fitness
Think about pole dancing and chances are images of dollar bills and dirty old men at a dingy bar come to mind. What if I were to tell you pole dancing is a fun, flirty way to get fit? Believe it!
After a fun bachelorette party weekend with the girls, we have all discovered a new found respect for pole dancing after taking a class at Flirty Girl Fitness. It’s harder than it looks and works your arms like nothing else (as we all discovered the next morning).

We started by learning a great routine and the music had us moving and attacking those poles with as much finesse as possible for pole dancing newbies. Towards the end of the class I wanted to keep going and actually worked up a sweat.
After being so impressed with the class I decided to do some research on how great pole dancing really is for your body (it only took one look at my class instructor to realize it works). Have you ever seen an out of shape stripper?
Here is the nitty gritty on getting flirty with it:
