I have many obsessions when it comes to the World Wide Web. From Facebook, Twitter to my newly found addiction, Pinterest. Here’s a great idea that’s been added to my board and I suggest you add it to yours, too. It’s so incredibly simple, yet so very smart.
Here’s what you do thanks to Girl Growing Strong. Get eight rubber bands. For the fashionistas out there try some fun and different colors. Wear all eight rubber bands around your wrist all day long.
Take one rubber band off per each glass of water you drink throughout the day. This is such a great way to ensure you are getting in your full eight glasses of water a day.
If you end up sucking down a coffee or soda, then put one rubber band back on because caffeine dehydrates you.
